Manager of the RF group within the Administration of Ports and Maritime Navigation:

·           Staff management

·           Preparation and drafting of standards and technical publications

·           Computer Aided Techniques and publications

·           International representative of the Director of the French Lighthouse Service to coordinate and solve problems of radionavigation, radiodetermination and maritime telecommunications

·           President of the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Group under the aegis of French Prime Minister

·           President of the maritime RF Group under the aegis of the French Prime Minister

·           Manager of the maritime, road and river RF within the Ministry in charge of Transport

·           Participation in the international meetings such as ITU- R, IEC and CISPR

·           Rapporteur for the vocabulary of the ITU-R Study Group 8 (mobile services)

·           President of the editorial group of the ITU-R Study Group (SG) 8 and Member of the drafting commissions of the WARC 83, RARC-85, WARC-87, WRC- 95 and 97

·           Deputy chief of the French delegation with the WARC-87

·           Representative of the Ministry in charge of Transport in the creation of the ANFR on the British and German models (development of the legal Decrees)

·           Leading the RF management and EMC as well as the use of the frequencies in industrial environment such as the ISM and  the Electromagnetic compatibility of information technology equipment, multimedia equipment and receivers

·           Lecturer at the ITU Seminar on RF management for the LDC countries of central Africa; Yaounde (Cameroun) in August 2000.
